In the unlikely event that anything malfunctions with your Nutri-Tech® Juicer, Carico International, Inc. agrees to replace it for a lifetime at one-half of the retail price at the time of replacement.
If within 10 years from the date of purchase, this Nutri-Tech® Juicer fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Carico International, Inc. will repair or replace it. Simply ship back prepaid with $18.00 for processing, shipping, and handling. (One year when used commercially), plus proof of purchase.
Warranty repair service is available by simply returning the Nutri-Tech® Juicer to the address listed on the back of this brochure. The stainless steel blade/basket has a full one year warranty, however it will eventually need replacement depending on usage. Simply call Carico International, Inc. for replacement costs.
This limited warranty does not apply to any part or component that has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident, or altered in any such way that it’s performance is affected. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. Products returned to Carico under this warranty must be sent via prepaid freight to Carico International.
I had an extremely negative experience with Purer-USA and strongly encourage others to be cautious.
During the sales process, I repeatedly told the representative that I could not afford the larger air purifier. Instead of respecting that, they continued to pressure me to move forward and pushed me to fill out paperwork without clearly disclosing that it was actually a credit application. At no point was it transparently explained that my credit would be run. The whole process felt very misleading and manipulative.
Once you’re locked into the purchase, the problems continue. The company did not send all of the items that were promised, and some of the products that did arrive were broken. I have made multiple attempts to contact them about the missing and damaged items, and they simply do not return phone calls or resolve the issue.
Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The sales tactics feel deceptive, the customer service is nonexistent, and the follow-through after the sale is terrible.
I would strongly recommend that people do their research before dealing with this company. In my opinion, it is absolutely not worth your time or money.
